BANDIT
1 1/2 Year Old

(Photo taken at the Luthern Hospital Pet a Pet Event)

Bandit is a Walker Hound mix puppy
He entered rescue with C.O.D.A. on 5/14/05
Bandit was found wandering stray without a collar or dog license or identification tags by our Director's Husband
Bandit was out in the middle of the street and was almost hit by a van when our Director's husband
jumped out of the CODA van to save Bandit
Bandit still has his puppy teeth so cannot be more than five months old at most
Bandit has a very loving and playful personality
Bandit currently weighs 38 pounds
Bandit is brown and black in coloring
Bandit is neutered
Bandit is now up to date on all his vaccinations

CODA notified all our local shelters about finding Bandit and also posted a found ad on petfinder.com
among other online FOUND PETS forums and after a week no one has contacted us regarding Bandit so CODA will be screening potential new homes for Bandit until we find him a perfect home where he will never be allowed
to roam stray without identification ever again.
This poor baby could have easily been killed if not for getting lucky enough to have our Director's husband jump out in traffic to save him.
Bandit was extremely underweight when he was found running stray
Bandit must have been foraging for food scraps for a while as Bandit was pooping aluminum foil for days after arriving at CODA Rescue.
Bandit will wait until he's taken out of his crate and outside to potty he has kept his crate spotless since arriving.
Bandit is having a great time playing with our other rescue dogs and Nina has taken a liking to Bandit and they play nicely together and enjoy each other's company.
